World of Foods
In World of Foods we study some basic kitchen management principles like measuring, safety, cooking terms and equipment. Then we take a culinary tour around the world as we study the customs, ettiquettes, geography and holidays of selected countries. We make traditional appetizers, soups, main dishes and desserts from Mexico, Spain, Italy, France, China, Greece, Germany and India. The whole point is trying something new and realizing food is a global unifer.
